There is an unrivaled satisfaction & fun that comes with creating artwork, whether it be tactile, digital, or analog. The process of engaging with different mediums & techniques offers a sense of tactile pleasure, as fingers caress textures, paintbrushes glide across surfaces, or tools carve into materials. The physicality of manipulating materials & witnessing the artwork take shape under our hands is deeply gratifying. Likewise, the realm of digital art opens up a whole new world of possibilities, allowing one to experiment with infinite colors, undo mistakes with a single click, & create mesmerizing compositions.
The convenience & speed of the digital realm provide a different kind of challenge that requires practice to understand. On the other hand, the raw simplicity of working in analog, where every stroke or mark is permanent, offers a sense of familiarity & accomplishment. The process becomes an adventure, filled with surprises and happy accidents.

Stop-Motion.
After putting together the LEGO NES set, I knew I had to show off the coolest aspect— all of the moving parts, especially the scrolling “screen.“ In order to leave its essence, I decided to go with stop-motion to avoid any hands or interruptions. It’s such a fun piece of art & engineering— I absolutely had to show off its technical aspects!
Logo Design
It was a fun opportunity to design these logos that each had an object to match the words to. These were sketched on paper, then transferred digitally through Procreate. From there, these were taken into Illustrator to vectorize for use in CNC machining.
Enamel Pins
During lockdown, I became invested in anime & began pin-collecting. From the first moment, I knew I wanted to create pins, but needed to enhance my skillset. Over the next two years, I worked on learning anatomy & applying my design knowledge to begin designing my first anime enamel pins. Currently I am continuing to design & produce new pins, & making sure to grow my skills! I’m enjoying the challenge of a new medium & the chance to practice my artwork on a personal basis.
